Based in Omaha, with decades of combined experience, Brother East Brother West has quickly become one of Nebraska’s most entertaining acts. Brother East Brother West is guitarist/vocalist Jamie Hanmer, bassist/vocalist John Nania, and drummer/percussionist/vocalist Brendon Yates. California native Jamie Hanmer, with more than 30 years of performance and session experience, delivers a laid-back guitar style and smooth vocals with a West Coast vibe. Originally from New York, John Nania has logged countless musical miles and nearly 5,000 shows and recording sessions on four continents. He’s played bass, guitar, and Chapman Stick for various musical acts and producers. Originally from St. Louis, Brendon Yates is an accomplished drummer, percussionist, and music educator.
