Brooke Ivy | The Unfiltered OT Mom

I help parents of TK–5 kids with sensory processing challenges build calm routines and independent kids — without the meltdowns.

As a school-based pediatric occupational therapist (OT) and mom, I share real strategies for sensory processing, self-regulation, and executive functioning using my BIVY Method (Body Reset, Intentional Environment, Visual Supports, Yielding Independence).

New videos every week on sensory regulation, behavior, executive functioning, parenting strategies, and more that actually work at home and at school.

Subscribe and start building calmer days before this school year starts.
