Will AI lead to a dystopian future? We have a choice. 

I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and human wisdom. The decisions that are now being made about the role AI will play in our organizations is setting the path for the future. As those decisions become normalized, they become more difficult too change. All too often, decisions that serve well in the short term have longer-term negative impact. (For example, most people work a five-day, forty-hour work week--the same work week that Henry Ford discovered was optimized for building the Model T.) 

In my channel, I explore alternative approaches to AI and the future of work. I share my media appearances, the podcast I host, and lessons I have learned over the years.
