Bri&D Fitness

Welcome to the Bri & D Fitness Vlog!

We're two friends on a mission to get a six-pack in 365 days, and we're bringing you along for every step. This isn't about the number on the scale. It's about commitment, discipline, and proving to ourselves that we can stick with a hard goal all year long.

Every week, we share the real journey: what we're eating, how we're training, the habits we're changing, and the weeks we want to quit. No filters, no perfect highlight reel, just two women figuring it out in real life.

Please note: We are not doctors or dietitians. We're simply documenting our OWN journey and sharing what's working for us. Every body is different, so always consult your physician before starting any new diet, workout, or lifestyle change.

We are not selling, sponsored by, or promoting any product or program. We're just here to share, encourage, and grow alongside you.

🎥 New episodes every week. Subscribe and join us for the journey!
