Breathscape - Buteyko Breathing Method

Welcome to Breathscape. 💨

Where you Expand your Breathing Horizons. Learning how your breath can be retrained towards more functional, healthy patterns. It’s my job to show you how. Move on over, shallow breathing, fast breathing, congestion, snoring and more!

Hi, I’m Alana Inwood, a Buteyko Breathing Method Practitioner and Oxygen Advantage® Master Instructor. I’m here to help you understand your breath a little more and, more importantly, understand why you breathe the way you do.

We'll go on a journey learning about:

✨ Nasal breathing
✨ Overbreathing & breathing patterns
✨ Carbon dioxide & respiratory physiology
✨ Asthma, allergies & congestion
✨ Sleep apnoea & snoring
✨ Anxiety, panic & stress

This isn’t breathwork or just another feel-good breathing exercise. It’s about understanding your breathing and gradually changing the habits and patterns that shape how you breathe every day.

Better breathing starts here.
One inhale and one exhale at a time.
