Breathe 2 Heal NOW

A grass root initiative to regular the ANS through breathing  anytime, anywhere on this planet together LIVE with others with 1 single intention, to heal thyself 1st through nervous system regulation and intake of all healing abundance energies of the quantum field/creator (take your pick!). By and through the active process of self-healing we get to send that same healing energy to all beings within our own world, the generous present moment in time space. 
The live sessions are rotating 10 minute segments that allow new cohorts to tune in or support to anchor you back in for longer sessions.
