Brainsource Dev

We are an AI-first IT services company. Here we publish the systems we build, the talks we give and the sessions where the work is visible: harness engineering, agent orchestration, second brains and the infrastructure (on-premises or cloud).

We design the harness first: the rules, permissions, memory and approval points that keep a person in command. The agents come after. Not the other way around.

Every loop starts and ends in a person. Agents are orchestration; judgment stays human. The knowledge you contribute is yours, and you govern what the system sees, learns and does. It runs on your infrastructure: your data, your servers, your rules.

Built for the founders, CTOs, COOs and directors who answer for outcomes. We start with discovery and end with a system in production. And we tell you clearly when AI is not the answer.
