Brain Recovery Coach, Nathalie Kelly

Every year, 2.8 million Americans sustain a traumatic brain injury. People just like you and me, whose lives change in a single second. Too many are undiagnosed, misunderstood, and left feeling lost and alone.

I know, because it happened to me. My life was turned upside down. But I didn't stay lost. I spent years searching for answers, and I found them: expert interviews, practical strategies, and proven ways to strengthen the brain for people with brain injuries and anyone who wants to care for theirs.

This channel exists so that no one has to face this alone. Here, we make sense of it, share what helps us adapt and, most of all, what helps us recover.

I'm here for the millions living with invisible disabilities. You are seen, you are not alone, and healing starts here.
