BoraRide

BoraRide — Twende Pamoja
Thousands of cars drive Kenya’s long-distance routes every day, most of them carrying one person. BoraRide connects those empty seats with passengers going the same way.
A motorist posts the journey they were making anyway. A passenger going the same way books a seat and pays before travelling. The fare is held by a licensed payment provider and reaches the driver only when both confirm the journey happened.
Every driver’s identity, licence, logbook and insurance is read by a person before they carry anybody. Every passenger is verified too.
We are not yet running. Eldoret to Nairobi opens first, and everyone on our waiting list is told the day it does.
