Bonadia – Chair Exercises for Seniors

Gentle chair exercises and easy home workouts for adults 60+. Follow along at your own pace with Leila, Sam and Sofia. No equipment, just a sturdy chair.

Every workout moves the whole body: neck and shoulders, arms, back, core, hips, legs and feet, then a calm stretch and slow breathing. The moves are slow and clearly shown, so you can join in from the first minute.
