My name is Uldis, I'm 42, married and have two daughters.
🔑 - I broke my spine in my 20ies, diagnosed with: CCI - craniocervical instability + unhealthy autoimmune condition. With that came chronic back, joint pain, developed metabolic disorder, vision loss, chronic headache.....and more....
Despite all that I discovered practices that helps me and others to improve in function.
