Hi! I’m John Thomas, AKA TheBodybuildingVegan and Founder of Vegan Squad Coaching, a global coaching community helping people build strong, confident bodies on a Vegan Diet. I’ve worked with over 600 clients, transforming not just their physiques, but their confidence, consistency, and relationship with themselves.

 Every client I work with is a unique individual, not a number. I customize their training, nutrition, and support over time to evolve with them. Whether you’re a gym-goer, endurance athlete, parent, or competitive bodybuilder, I meet you where you are and help you build a sustainable path forward. 

I also co-host the Vegan Squad Pod, where we go beyond fitness to talk about using your voice, stepping into leadership, showing up for animals and becoming a true activist.
