Blood Sugar Testing

I am a normal guy wanting to prevent becoming a diabetic or having pre-diabetes and the key to this is knowledge and data. I will do blood sugar testing using hundreds of foods on myself so you can see how much or little they affect blood sugar. I am NOT a doctor or health care professional; I want to stay healthy. Follow me on this journey of testing and let's learn together.
