Blondies Bakes

Welcome to Blondies Bakes. I’m Carly, the baker behind the business, making brownies, blondies, cakes and plenty more from my kitchen in Essex.

Here you’ll find recipes to try at home, a closer look at our bakes and a peek behind the scenes as we bake, pack and send out your orders.

We’ll also share ideas for thoughtful gifts, from a birthday surprise or a little thank you to something lovely for the whole team.

Subscribe for new videos. There’s always something baking!
