Blading Therapy

Hey 👋🏽

I'm 37 years old and started Aggressive Inline Skating back in 2019. I've been filming my sessions ever since to document my progress and capture memories.

Skating has always been more than just a sport to me. It helped me through a difficult time with depression and panic attacks, giving me a way to clear my head and find some peace. That's actually how the name Blading Therapy came to life.

Today, this channel is my personal little project. I enjoy looking back at old videos, seeing my progress, and learning from my mistakes. Sometimes friends join me along the way!

I mainly do this for myself, but I appreciate every comment. If my videos inspire someone to start skating or get back on their skates, that makes me happy.

It's simply an amazing sport! ❤️

Stay healthy, enjoy your time on skates, and most importantly:

Keep Rollin'! 🛼
