Writing Companion. Spiritual Companion. Retreats.

Welcome to BirchWave Soul Care
—a space to pause, listen, and notice where God is at work.

I’m Jenna, a spiritual director, retreat facilitator, and writing companion. Here you’ll find Scripture reflections, simple spiritual practices, and invitations to honor your story and make room for God’s presence in everyday life.

Whether you’re navigating change, feeling weary, exploring your faith, or longing for a deeper life with Jesus, you are welcome here.

Together, we’ll discover what is—and what might be.
