Mikah and Big Rick

Welcome to Mikah and Big Rick, where childhood gets the spotlight.

Hosted by licensed therapist Mikah and her larger-than-life sidekick, Big Rick, Mikah and Big Rick is a colorful children's show that brings the emotional world of kids to life through animated stories, imagination, humor, creativity, and play.

Each episode explores the real stuff kids experience, from big feelings and friendships to family, confidence, fears, mistakes, growing up, and those moments when grown-ups just don't seem to understand.

Mikah brings years of experience working with children and families. Big Rick brings the questions, commentary, comedy, and occasional chaos.

Inspired by the wonder of classic children's television and created for a new generation, Mikah and Big Rick gives kids a place to feel seen, understood, and celebrated while helping grown-ups see childhood through their eyes.

Come play. Come imagine. Come grow.
