Beyond The Materials - Pryor State

Beyond the Materials is a behind-the-scenes design and build series exploring how thoughtful homes are really made.

Led by Mitch & Corinne Pryor, the series goes deeper than finishes and floorplans. Unpacking the decisions, conversations, and collaborations that shape a home from concept to completion. From early design intent and material selection to lighting, automation, construction challenges, and the realities behind high-end residential projects, nothing is off limits.

Filmed alongside real builds, including our own Grand Designs Transformation; Beyond the Materials shines a light on the architects, designers, trades, and brands who help turn ideas into spaces that feel inevitable, not expected.

This series is for anyone passionate about architecture, interior design, renovation, lighting, smart homes, and the details that truly define great design.
