NASA says solar wind and plasma combined in an electric generated storm can create an electric field inside the magnetosphere.  The Goddaerd Space Flight Center says solar wind pus a meg electric thunderstorm could generate a flux transfer event.  Scientist, Professor David Pares (http://paresspacewarpresearch.org/Projet_Space_Warp/Experiment_5.htm) says "Bruce Gernon" is the only known human to have experienced a phenomenon of linear displacement (space warp).
