David R. Ibarra is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and leadership consultant from Salt Lake City. At the age of 26, he launched his first business, beginning an entrepreneurial journey that spans the hospitality, automotive, and leadership consulting industries. He is the founder of eLeaderTech®, IBG, Inc., David Ibarra Enterprises, and the Live Ready® – Beyond Think and Grow Rich Institute. David also added the Yes! Our Kids Can® company to his portfolio.
In 2004, he established the Ibarra Foundation as a major life effort to provide scholarships for students. In addition, he dedicates one evening each week to “time tithing,” offering coaching and mentoring to individuals or companies that cannot afford top-tier guidance.
David is recognized as the largest licensee in the world of Dr. Napoleon Hill's PMA Science of Success Philosophy. He is also the author of Stop Drifting: Become the Switch Master of Your Own Thought and Live Ready: Beyond Think and Grow Rich.
