BeyondTheGlassSlipper

Beyond the Glass Slipper (BTGS) is more than a podcast. It is a community for women over 55 ready to unlearn the myths of aging and step into the most powerful chapter of their lives, what host Cindy Feierstein calls the Encore.
Each episode explores the 3 pillars of the Encore: Intention & Purpose, Community & Connection, and Mental Health & Cognitive Wellness. Strategies are woven into the conversation, and each episode closes with a Brain Spark, a short cognitive exercise to keep your mind sharp.
BTGS is for women who are beginning to wonder if there is more, and women who already know there is. Together, we explore what it means to draw on the wisdom we have earned, to stay curious, and step into what is still possible. We can't wait to hear your Shared Story. We all have one, and can't wait to hear what's going on with you in your Encore. Let's share!
New episodes every Tuesday & blog posts every Thursday at beyondtheglassslipper.com. Start scripting your Encore today!
