Beyond the Estimate with Billy Malone

Beyond the Estimate is where contractors go to actually understand the financial side of running their business.

I'm Billy Malone. I spent years as a financial consultant working inside contractor businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general contracting — and I saw the same thing over and over: owners who were great at the actual work, but never had anyone break down the numbers side of it in a way that made sense.

That's what this channel is for. Reading your P&L. Understanding your real cash position. Spotting the mistakes that quietly cost you money. Over time, I'll get into everything that goes into actually running a financially healthy contracting business — and eventually, beyond that too.

No jargon, no assumptions that you already know this stuff. Just straight answers from someone who's actually done this work. New videos every week.

If you ever want someone to sit down and look at your own numbers directly, that's what I do at Stravalon — link below.
