Beyond Diagnosis ADHD Assessments and Coaching

ADHD is more than a Diagnosis. What happens next matters.
Welcome to Beyond Diagnosis (BDx) - a place for honest conversations, evidence-based information, and practical support for people navigating life with ADHD.
We're Lisa and Paul, and we created Beyond Diagnosis because a diagnosis can answer one question, whilst leaving you with many more.
We explore what happens beyond the assessment - understanding yourself, relationships, work, treatment and medication, self-management, support and the different paths available after diagnosis.
We'll share our own perspectives, talk with other professionals and people with lived experience, and explore what the research actually tells us. Where we discuss research, we'll link to the original sources so you can explore for yourself.
No hype. No judgement. No one-size-fits-all answers.
Just honest conversations about what comes after diagnosis - and how to find your way forward.
Beyond Diagnosis. Because diagnosis is only the beginning.
