Berks Tai Chi

Tai Chi and related video demonstrations for both beginners and more advanced students demonstrated by Jan Gyomber PhD. Mr. Gyomber has earned certification as an advanced instructor in both Tai Chi and Qigong. He has earned numerous gold medals in National level competitions including "Grand Champion - Men's Tai Chi (age 46 and over)" at ICMAC 2022. He was more than 20 years older than some of his competitors. Most of these videos were recorded while he was recovering from a later stroke that left him unable to walk without assistance, and was over the age of 70. Therefore, you will not see high kicks or low stances. Hopefully you will see decent structure, balance, and coordination.
