I'm Ashish Agarwal - after 15 years in private equity and investment banking (GIC, TPG, Credit Suisse), I shifted focus to food systems and long-term health.

I watched people reverse chronic diabetes in 4 days through diet alone. My wife's two pregnancies, six years apart - same person, different nutrition, completely different outcomes. Food is powerful. But most of us don't know what happens before it reaches our plate. BeforePlate is my channel focused on increasing awareness so we can make informed choices, esp. for our kids. I will talk about
