From Head to Heart with Bee’s Holistics

Welcome to Bee’s Holistics 🌿🐝
A quieter corner, a safe cave space for the woman beneath all the roles she carries.
The woman who gives a lot, holds a lot, and is still changing herself,
learning, unlearning, breaking old patterns and trying not to disappear beneath being a mother, partner, daughter, professional, carer and everything in between.
I’m Bee, Founder of Bee’s Holistics and a Complementary Therapist. I have years of hands-on experience and a growing collection of tools, but life continues to teach me too.
I don’t begin with a technique. I begin with the woman in front of me.
Here we explore BODY • MIND • SPIRIT through massage, reflexology, EFT, HeartMath®, breath, caring touch, rest, reflection, faith and the ordinary things I’m learning along my own path.
I’m not here to teach women how to live or offer perfect answers.
I share what I know, what I practise and what life is showing me and walk my own path alongside the women I serve.
Come as you are🤍
