Become Authentic with Kali

This channel has guided meditations and practices for emotional and energetic support and embodiment. They come from Taoist and other traditions.

Tao means “the Way”. It is the natural flow of life. Taoism is more than 2,000 years old and teaches how to live in harmony with nature and with yourself. It holds a lot of wisdom about the body, energy and emotions, and its practices are still simple and useful today.

The practices help you connect with your body and yourself, feel what is going on inside you and be with your emotions without pressure or rushing.

For individual online sessions, I combine mindfulness coaching, trauma-informed practices and body-focused emotional release.
