Be Your Own Doctor

This channel is run by two professionals: Dr Elena Mucci, Consultant Geriatrician and Dr Michael Jackson, Cardiology Specialist Pharmacist. 

Dr Mucci is a Fellow of Royal College of Physicians of London, Member of American College of Physicians, Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer for Brighton Sussex Medical School, UK. 

Her 23 years of experience are put into shot videos to empower people to take control over their health through understanding frailty and how to avoid it; medications and how to cut down on polypharmacy; advance and end of life care planning.  

Dr Jackson, PhD did his research in medication adherence and medication taking behaviours. With 25 years of experience he is using his skills in helping people to understand their medications.
