The foundation of Bayshore Podiatry Center rests on the combined expertise of husband and wife team Dr. James Repko and Dr. Saleena Niehaus. Dr. Repko, named one of Tampa Magazine’s Top Docs in 2024, pairs his medical knowledge with insights from his own training as an ultra-marathoner and triathlete to help patients achieve their athletic performance goals. Dr. Niehaus has established herself as a leader in non-surgical interventions, publishing research on innovative treatment approaches for foot and ankle pain. Together, they've built a practice that serves everyone from military personnel to weekend warriors—offering solutions such as custom orthotics and state-of-the-art laser therapy to help patients get back on their feet as soon as possible.
