Baxendale Employee Ownership

Here at Baxendale Employee Ownership we have over 20 years’ experience of helping businesses and their owners navigate successful transitions in ownership and leadership, we have advised over 250 businesses on their employee ownership structures and helped around 200 businesses become employee owned. We have worked with SME businesses of every shape and size, from a wide variety of sectors and from all over the UK.

As an employee owned business ourselves, we believe passionately that EO is a great way to do business and we strive to help other businesses remain independent and vibrant beyond the retirement of the original owners as part of a new employee owned structure.
