BattleDrillGame

Official development channel for Battle Drill. Current work: Battle Drill: Hungary 1945.

Welcome! Battle Drill is a game I’ve had in my head for a long time. As a military veteran and lifelong wargamer, I’ve always dreamed of a game that portrays combat convincingly. I love Combat Mission, Graviteam Tactics, Close Combat, Steel Panthers and many more, and I’ve sunk countless hours into them. Each has its own strengths, but I kept running into immersion-breaking moments (Combat Mission LOS, anyone?) and strange AI behavior that pulled me out of the fight.

With Battle Drill I set out to make a simulation first and a wargame second: a realistic, visually convincing experience that keeps immersion and historical accuracy as high as I can.
