Bass ByBass by Ear

Hi. I've been playing bass guitar professionally for decades, and have learned how to play primarily by Ear. I teach utilising a unique Bass by Ear methodology. We do not use sheet music, notation, or tedious classical music theory. Students learn to play real grooves instantly by unlocking their relative pitch, recognising chord progressions by ear, and matching rhythm naturally. TABs are used only to check what is being heard, and only practical, useful theory is taught along the way. My approach focuses on ear training, learning the link between what you hear and the fretboard, and most importantly, what each student wants to learn. No rigid, "one size fits all" programs here. If you're seeking bass lessons near you with a fresh, fun, and relaxed vibe, I encourage you to reach out. Learn to work out bass lines by ear, understand the fretboard, and become the bassist everyone wants in their band. I teach 1 on 1, in 1 hour sessions from my home studio in Sydney's Inner West.
