I offer teletherapy in OR & PA. I work with those who want to learn to engage intentionally with the range of emotions, communicate effectively with others, decrease stress, incorporate mindful/spiritual practices & explore differing perspectives.
I am also a care manager who aids those navigating the, often, confusing systems of advocating for one’s holistic health needs. A few examples include insurance literacy, connecting with specialist care, locating & accessing local resources, and so much more!
For years I have followed the traditional wisdoms & modern research around psilocybin as a medicine. I have been personally transformed by the potency of plant medicine integration. This offering is also available.
