Bakelite Bench

Old phones, new solder. I'm Cal, and I restore vintage telephones and switching gear in a one-car garage: rotary dials, Bakelite handsets, cloth cords, and the occasional thing that's much too big for the truck. My dad was a lineman; this is how I stay close to his toolbox.
New videos when they're done. Build logs, parts and photos at bakelitebench.com.
Workshop hours 9–7 ET. After that I'm off the line.
