Welcome to Backyard Therapy by C~Cares!

Learn It. Apply It. Live It.

Three simple steps that can change the way we approach life.

LEARN IT. Become aware of the lesson. Sometimes life teaches us through experiences, challenges, mistakes, relationships, or moments of reflection.

APPLY IT. Take what you've learned and put it into practice. Because knowing something and actually doing something with that knowledge are two different things.

LIVE IT. Make what you've learned a part of your everyday life, your choices, your actions, and the way you move forward.

Backyard Therapy is a space for real conversations about the journey of living it—all the ups, the downs, the lessons, the growing pains, and everything in between.

Faith, life, relationships, personal growth, new beginnings, and even the unexpected detours are all part of the conversation.

So come on in, pull up a chair, and let's talk about life.
