BOMA New York

BOMA New York is the leading voice for New York City’s commercial real estate industry and the NYC chapter of BOMA International.

As a nonprofit, we support a community of over 900 members, including building owners, property managers, architects, engineers, and service providers, who collectively oversee more than 529 million square feet of office space. Our mission is to advance the industry through advocacy, education, research, and standards working to enhance the built environment across the most iconic city in the world.
