BHHC | Presence & Bach Flower Remedies

BHHC（Bach Holistic Healing Centre）
Zoom

BHHC (Bach Holistic Healing Centre) is based in Minamiaso, Kumamoto, Japan.
We bring together the Bach Flower Remedies and Being Present, supporting harmony and wellbeing.
Through workshops, retreats, private consultations, Bach Flower consultations and online sessions, we support people in discovering who they truly are beyond thoughts, emotions, and personal stories.
A key insight at the heart of our work is that it is because we do not know who we really are that we find it difficult to remain present. As we begin to recognise our true nature, being present gradually becomes natural.
Sessions available internationally via Zoom.
