I'm José G. Chávez, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a degree in Sports Nutrition and Biochemistry, specializing in Sports Nutrition. Welcome to my channel, where nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics are explained clearly, practically, and based on science. Here, you'll learn how your genes influence the way you metabolize food, how you respond to training, supplementation, and exercise stimuli, allowing you to personalize your nutrition and training plan focused on health, athletic performance, and longevity. The content is supported by scientific studies, epigenetics, metabolism, exercise physiology, and sports nutrition, aimed at optimizing body composition, improving physical performance, and preventing disease, without myths or fads. The nutrition and training of the future are personalized, and they begin in your DNA, here and now.
