BAC Local 23 of the Ohio River Valley

Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkerss Local 23 of the Ohio River Valley is the new BAC Local Union after the merger of the Ohio/Kentucky Administrative District Council and the West Virginia Administrative District Council. Comprised of the 25 Local Unions who were formerly  a part of those District Councils, Local 23 is a union built for the 21st century construction industry. We are structured to ensure the Local has unity and strength and that our membership and bargaining power will continue to grow throughout the Ohio River Valley area.
