ABOUT YOUR HOST
I'm Lauren Geertsen, an author and Body Connection Coach. At age 18, I naturally healed a life-threatening autoimmune disease, which doctors called "incurable." I've been on a mission to help others enjoy freedom from autoimmunity and pharmaceuticals ever since.

My website EmpoweredSustenance.com has supported over 40 million readers with holistic resources. I'm also the creator of THE AUTOIMMUNE CLASS, a 28-day program to find lifelong autoimmune freedom.
