Hello Friends! Welcome to Authenticity the Hard Way! The purpose of my channel is to encourage and uplift you along your journey to becoming the highest, most authentic version of yourself possible by sharing the harsh experience that have gotten me thus far in my journey. Surprisingly enough, it is the hard things that we run from, try to ignore, cope with, or, worst of all, DENY that bring about the transformative energy that leads us into the next version of ourselves.

Authenticity the Hard Way started as a podcast in April 2023 and now has 16 episodes. I conceived it in my spirit in October 2023- for seven months I dilly-dallied around and procrastinated until I got fed up with my own self and just did it. It's the same scenario with my YouTube channel. I've run out of excuses and energy to keep dodging it. So, here I am... embarking upon another part of my epic journey of Authenticity the Hard Way!
