Authentic Therapy and Training

We are a small concern, based in Aylesbury, that supports psychoeducation, therapy and resources relating to developmental and relational trauma. We seek to equip counsellors and psychotherapists with knowledge and skills in the management of client trauma, through accredited training and CPD opportunities. 

Our mission is:

* To alleviate the mental and emotional suffering caused by developmental and relational trauma.
* To equip and empower the community to overcome trauma using psychoeducation, therapeutic services and groups.
* To break taboos around mental health by opening dialogues, creating partnerships, and transparently sharing experiences.
* To build a therapeutic community of practitioners committed to supporting the provision of affordable services, allowing wider access to mental and emotional healthcare where possible.
