Heather (AuDHD Unbound)

Welcome! I'm Heather, a feral midlife, perimenopausal, late diagnosed Autistic and ADHD woman who makes chit chat style cringe worthy videos about her life and her many hyperfixations.
I'm outta spoons and share raw, unfiltered takes on what it's like to be in my chaos filled & often overstimulated mind.
