Atarashii Apprentice Program

Welcome to the Atarashii Apprentice Program. As a multi-employer sponsor for Registered Apprenticeship in the beauty trades, we operate within the U.S. Department of Labor framework to create pathways to licensure in cosmetology, hair design, barbering, esthetics, and manicuring. That same framework supports our work as a U.S. Department of Labor Apprenticeship Ambassador for the beauty trades and through Synergy Apprenticeship Systems Powered by Atarashii, where we help build, coach, and guide other apprenticeship systems for long-term success.
