Welcome to my channel!

I’m a Certified Carnivore Coach through Carnivore Coaching International (CCI), a four-year carnivore, and a team member with the Steak and Butter Gang. I transformed my health by returning to a meat-based way of eating, and now I help others do the same.

I’m passionate about teaching why real, animal-based foods can support healing, fat loss, hormone balance, and lasting health. You’ll find practical guidance, real-life experience, and honest conversations that cut through the noise.

No fads. No starving. Just real food and real results.

Eat steak. Heal. Repeat. 🥩
