Crowes' Nest:  As the Crowe Fries

Hatched by husbands and co-owners, Dave & Tom Crowe-Garey in 2022 in Napoleon Township, Michigan.  Dave, a trained chef, with 40+ yrs in the restaurant industry.  Tom, an Army Veteran, community advocate, and jokester.   Together, they offered up comfort food to the masses, making each customer welcomed into the Crowes' Nest family until September of 2025. The following month, they launched a mobile kitchen experience they called, Crowes' Nest:  As the Crowe Fries.
