Hi! I'm Aryanisha (Aah-ree-ah-neesha), ordained Buddhist and coach helping female founders and leader speak confidently without faking it anymore.

I worked in social and environmental impact for 10 years, before becoming a full-time coach in 2022. I've learnt a lot about confidence and power and am still passionate about making the world a better place.

I started this channel because I wanted to make mental fitness and emotional intelligence training accessible to everyone, no paywalls and no holding back. I believe you should have the skills to influence change whatever your background, location or financial situation.

My hope is that in sharing what's worked for me, and thousands of people I've helped, you can avoid some of the pain we experienced to get where we are today.
