Arusuvai Indian Cuisine

Arusuvai Indian Cuisine is a licensed small-batch kitchen (MEHKO) in El Segundo, CA, serving North and South Indian meals across Los Angeles.

Led by Chef Solomon from South India, who has over 23 years of professional experience, we prepare fresh, handcrafted dishes using traditional techniques and house-roasted masala spice blends.

Our cooking is inspired by the philosophy of the six tastes — sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent — bringing balance and depth to every dish.

On this channel, we share real moments from our working kitchen — chopping, stirring, tempering spices, and finishing the dishes we cook each day.

We look forward to cooking for you!
