Applied Defense Concepts LLC is a tactics training school located in the warrior heartland of Virginia Beach, VA.  Our mission is to arm prepared citizens, law enforcement, and military personnel with defensive skill sets that will save lives give them an edge.  Our Youtube channel is a central hub for techniques, mindset development, and equipment review.  Our instructors use their personal and professional experiences to put together our media and bring it to you.
