I’m Dr Paulina Trevena – an aphantasic ADHD-er, hypnotherapist and researcher. 

When I started training in hypnosis, my aphantasia often tripped me up – all I heard was "visualise this, visualise that" 

Duh, I CAN’T!!!  🧠👁️❌

But it’s not just about visualisation! – aphantasia affects us in many ways.  

This led me to start my own research into aphantasia & hypnosis – and a whole new career.

I talk about all things aphantasia and mental health – because we aphantasics think and process emotions differently.
